Evolution Global, Inc. (“Evolution Global,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a Texas-based insurance technology company headquartered at 6713 Old Jacksonville Highway, Suite 103, Tyler, Texas 75703. We develop and operate a suite of products serving the property and casualty (P&C) insurance industry, including claims management platforms, AI-assisted tools, and professional community services.
For purposes of applicable data protection law, Evolution Global, Inc. is the data controller of personal information collected through our products and websites. Where we engage third-party processors to process personal information on our behalf, we maintain contractual controls consistent with applicable law.
This Privacy Policy governs our collection, use, storage, disclosure, and protection of personal information in connection with all Evolution Global products and services, including:
Evolution Global products and services are intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect, use, or retain personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will delete that information promptly. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact privacy@evolution.global.
We collect personal information in three primary ways: information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information received from third parties.
When you create an account or use our products, we collect name, email address, password credentials, professional information (employer, job title, role), billing information, and communications you send us. For AdjusterIQ, we additionally collect adjuster license numbers, licensing states, certifications, and career history. For Conversation Insurance, we collect professional biography, community profile, and optional profile photo.
When you use FileTrac, FileTrac Evolve, or ELIAS AI, we receive claim records, policyholder information, photographs, inspection notes, voice recordings, estimate documents, and carrier guidelines submitted by adjusters and firms.
When you access our products and websites, we automatically collect log data (IP address, browser type, device type, OS, referring URL, pages visited), session data, ELIAS AI interaction logs (session identifiers, model routing, input hashes, output data, human review actions, and attribution records), device identifiers, location data at the city/region level derived from IP address, and cookie data.
We may receive information from SSO providers (including Google), employers or firms administering your account, Mighty Software, Inc. in connection with Conversation Insurance, and public professional data sources if you connect a third-party profile.
We use personal information only for the purposes described below. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Our security program includes encryption of all data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), role-based access controls enforcing least-privilege principles, multi-factor authentication via AWS Cognito, comprehensive audit logging, regular third-party security reviews and penetration testing, a formal incident response plan, and SOC 2 Type II compliance in progress through Drata.
For full security documentation, visit our Trust Center or request access to our Drata Trust Center.
ELIAS AI uses Claude (Anthropic) as its primary foundation model, with OpenAI and Google Gemini as backup providers. All three are engaged under enterprise agreements that include zero data retention (ZDR) provisions.
Under our enterprise agreements, data submitted to the AI layer is processed in memory only and not retained by any model provider after the response is returned. No claim data, policyholder information, or personal information is ever used to train, fine-tune, or improve any foundation model. These protections are contractual obligations — not optional settings.
Within our own infrastructure, we maintain comprehensive audit logs of all ELIAS AI interactions, recording session identifiers, timestamps, authenticated user identity, model routing, input hashes, output records, human review actions, and attribution records (Origin, Executor, Authority).
ELIAS AI does not take autonomous actions on claim records. Every AI recommendation requires review and explicit approval by a licensed adjuster before being applied to any claim record.
ELIAS AI is built to comply with the Ark Alliance Certified Integrity Standard (CIS), governed by the Ark Alliance Foundation — an independent nonprofit. Every confirmed output is hashed and locked to an immutable Golden Record. The Ark Alliance Foundation provides external governance over the integrity standards applied to ELIAS AI.
We use strictly necessary cookies (required for authentication and session management), analytics cookies (anonymized usage data), preference cookies (settings), and limited marketing cookies (campaign effectiveness only — no cross-site behavioral advertising).
For full details and to manage cookie preferences, review our Cookie Policy.
