We are an insurance technology company headquartered in Tyler, Texas. We have spent two decades building the tools claims professionals actually use. Today we are rebuilding that stack around a single idea: the industry deserves better than the data it has been running on.
We began in 2005 as Online Reporting, Inc. The idea was practical. Independent adjusting firms were drowning in paper, email threads, and fragmented systems. The tools available to them were either built for carriers and forced to fit, or built for generic service businesses and forced to adapt. Neither worked. So we built one from the inside out — a claims management system designed for the way adjusting firms actually operate.
That product became FileTrac. Over the next two decades, it grew into the system of record for a substantial share of the North American IA firm market. More than 25 million claims have moved through it. The relationships we built in those years — with firms, with carriers, with adjusters who stayed on the platform for a decade or more — are still the ground we stand on.
In 2023, we renamed the company to Evolution Global and re-scoped the work. FileTrac stayed. But the ambition widened. We weren’t just going to keep running a claims system — we were going to rebuild the layer underneath it. Governed AI. A professional home for adjusters. A conversation space for the industry. A stage for the sovereign adjuster movement. And a standards body, independent from the company, to make sure what we built could never be bent back toward the practices we were trying to leave behind.
We are still the same team that answered support tickets at midnight when an IA firm was trying to close books before a storm. Same conviction. Wider canvas.
Not values posters. Not mission slogans. These are the things our team argues for in meetings, writes into architecture decisions, and will defend when something in the business tries to pull against them.
They are the same thing. A business that holds a standard grows because of the standard, not in spite of it. We pledged 10% of our revenue to the Foundation in perpetuity to tie our success to the mission, not to advertise a virtue.
Autonomy is not the goal. Augmentation is. ELIAS AI is architected so that no claim-affecting decision ever closes without a human reviewing it. We believe the job of AI in this industry is to make honest adjusters better, not to replace them with machines trained on dishonest data.
We are the first Ark-Certified company in the world. We run on the same governed AI we sell. Our internal policies, external commitments, and every product we ship are held to the same standard we publish. If we are not willing to live by it, we will not ask the industry to.
We built the Ark Alliance Foundation as a structurally independent 501(c)(3), with its founding membership held by a Texas Purpose Trust. We do not control it. We support it. If Evolution Global ever stopped being worthy of carrying the mission, the mission would survive us.
Two decades of founders, engineers, and operators who wrote the first version of FileTrac, answered the first support calls, stayed up through the first storm seasons, and proved that a claims platform could earn the trust of an entire industry one file at a time. They gave the company its ground to stand on.
Operators, engineers, compliance leads, and stewards whose job is to hold the standard in the work every day. They make the calls nobody sees — the architecture choices, the governance decisions, the customer commitments — that determine whether the company stays aligned with what it says it is. Their best days look uneventful.
We develop leaders inside the company and across the industry — the next generation of adjusters, engineers, and operators who will inherit both the work and the standard. The test of our current leadership is simple: does the next generation come up trained to hold the line without being asked to?
We are a lean team by design. Every function runs on the same governed AI architecture we license commercially — our finance, support, engineering, content, and compliance operations are powered by the same ELIAS AI platform we ask the industry to trust. If we’re telling carriers and IA firms to adopt governed AI, we are running our own company on it first.
We build in public. We publish the standard. We show our work. And we stay small enough to move fast without losing the line on quality or character.
We don’t publish roadmap dates. But the direction is not a secret.
Partner with us. Build on our platform. Join us. Or just talk with us about the standard and where it’s headed. Doors are open.
