The Ark Alliance Foundation exists to protect the integrity of an industry that has drifted from it. We built it. We don’t own it. And we gave up ten percent of our revenue — permanently — to make sure no one else can either.
Evolution Global didn’t create the Foundation because nonprofits are good for marketing. We created it because the insurance industry is facing two converging failures — one structural, one generational — and no existing body was positioned to address either one.
For twenty years, the industry’s historical claims data has been systematically suppressed — “The Scrub.” Carriers wrote estimates down to reduce reserves. Those reduced estimates became the benchmark. The benchmark got reinforced. Now every AI model in insurance is being trained on that corrupted history. Without intervention, artificial intelligence won’t solve the integrity problem. It will automate it.
An entire generation of master adjusters — the people who knew how to inspect a roof, read a complex policy, handle a total loss with integrity — has retired or walked away since the pandemic. Their knowledge is leaving with them. The next generation is entering a profession with fewer mentors, less institutional memory, and less trust than at any point in modern history.
The Foundation’s mandate operates across four interconnected pillars. Each is essential. None stands alone. Together they form the complete answer to both crises — the integrity deficit, and the generational knowledge gap.
An independently governed, multi-stakeholder framework that defines what honest, accurate, accountable claims handling looks like — in both human and AI-assisted contexts. Built on First Principles. Not a black box. Not suppressed history.
A benchmark database constructed from First Principles and CIS-validated claims — free from The Scrub. The only clean reference point for what accurate, integrity-compliant claims data actually looks like. The most strategically important asset the Foundation will ever build.
A professional credential earned through CIS-validated work, not self-reported history. Licensing, designations, endorsements, and track record — all verified, all portable, all owned by the adjuster. The first credential built around what the adjuster actually did.
Free charitable education on two fronts. For policyholders — understanding your policy, your rights, and what a fair claim looks like before you ever need one. For the next generation — high school seniors and career-changers introduced to the insurance industry and the adjusting profession, with a path to licensing and mentorship. Funded entirely by the Foundation. Taught through ELIAS AI under arm’s-length licensing.
The Certified Integrity Standard is a rules-based framework — not an opinion, not a philosophy. Version 1.0 focuses on residential roofing claims, where volume and manipulation are highest. Future versions expand the methodology across property, auto, and commercial lines. Each rule is published, each rationale is documented, and each validation is logged in a tamper-evident audit trail.
The CIS governs how the work is done — the methodology and integrity checks. Carriers and firms still define what gets delivered, and state regulators still set minimums. The CIS sits on top of all of it as the integrity floor.
The Golden Record is a cumulative archive of CIS-validated claims. Built one claim at a time by real adjusters doing honest work. Scrubbed of no data — because it was never corrupted to begin with. Governed by the Foundation, not a carrier, not a vendor, not a platform.
This is the data layer the insurance industry needed twenty years ago. It is the foundation the next generation of AI should have been trained on. Every Sovereign Adjuster doing the job right is rebuilding that foundation — one clean claim at a time.
The Sovereign Adjuster credential is issued by the Foundation and earned through CIS-validated work in AdjusterIQ. It reflects what you actually did — not what you said on a résumé. When you move firms, your record moves with you. When you retire, the work you did remains part of the Golden Record for the next generation. It’s the first credential built around the reality of the job.
Learn About the Credential →These are the principles written into the Foundation’s governing documents. They cannot be amended by a commercial partner, overridden by a sponsor, or softened by the board. They are the guardrails that ensure the mission survives its founders.
Evolution Global is the first Ark-Certified company in the world. We didn’t certify ourselves. We held ourselves accountable to the same audits, the same documentation, and the same independent verification that we ask any other company to meet. The certification isn’t a marketing designation — it’s an operational commitment applied to every policy, every procedure, and every product we ship.
Ark-Certified status requires independent third-party audit across four distinct control domains. Evolution Global — the sole operating entity behind FileTrac, ELIAS AI, AdjusterIQ, Conversation Insurance, and iQnect Events — holds active or in-progress certification in all four. The standard is enforced across every product we ship. No carve-outs, no exceptions, no marketing-only compliance.
This is not a sponsorship. It is not a marketing line. Evolution Global has pledged ten percent of its revenue to the Ark Alliance Foundation in perpetuity — a structural commitment written into how the company operates. The more successful FileTrac, ELIAS AI, and AdjusterIQ become, the more resources flow to the Foundation. The stronger the standard gets. The more trustworthy the entire ecosystem becomes.
Every dollar of pledged revenue is audited, published annually, and directed by the Foundation’s board — not by Evolution Global. We don’t get to decide what the Foundation spends the money on. That’s the point.
The Ark Alliance Foundation is a Texas nonprofit corporation with federal 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status — filed and effective under Texas Business Organizations Code Chapter 22. Its certificate of formation designates a single founding member with reserved powers over the charitable purpose, director election, bylaw amendments, and fundamental transactions.
That founding membership is held by a Texas Purpose Trust created under Texas Property Code §112.121–123. The trust’s sole purpose is to hold the Foundation’s membership in perpetuity and ensure the charitable mission cannot be altered, sold, merged away, or commercialized. The mission is the beneficiary. An independent trust enforcer has standing in Texas courts to defend it.
The corporate entity is the Ark Alliance Foundation — a Texas nonprofit operating as a recognized public charity. The sole founding membership is held by the Ark Alliance Purpose Trust, which exists for one reason: to ensure the mission outlives the people who built it.
The Foundation sets the standard. Evolution Global’s products prove it works in the real world. Two doors — one mission. Join the alliance that’s rewriting the rules, or see those rules enforced inside the intelligence layer built to uphold them.
