Annual contract, auto-renews annually. No multi-year lock-in. Your renewal date is 12 months from your subscription start date.
Yes. Unlimited tier changes, any direction. Mid-month requests take effect on the 1st of the following month. There is no cap on how many times you can change, and no change fees.
You pay only the difference between your current plan and the new plan. That credit is applied immediately at the time of upgrade — not held until renewal.
