The owners of Evolution Global created the Ark Alliance Foundation — a 501(c)(3) that exists outside of the company. Evolution Global is the founding partner, solutions provider, and proof of concept. This is not a sponsorship. It is a symbiotic relationship. EG commits 10% of its revenue, all of its development skills and talents, and freely gives its technology, team members, and reputation to proving that integrity can exist in a commercial setting — and should.

Ark Alliance Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit created by the same people who built Evolution Global. It exists to establish, enforce, and protect a universal standard of integrity across the insurance industry — and eventually beyond it. Evolution Global is its founding partner and living proof of concept.
Ten percent of every dollar Evolution Global earns is pledged to the Ark Alliance Foundation — not as a marketing gesture, but as a structural commitment to building something that outlasts us all. This isn’t charity. It’s infrastructure for integrity.
Integrity isn’t an add-on. It’s embedded into every platform, every workflow, and every interaction across the Evolution Global ecosystem.
Certified documents and ethical records are preserved for three centuries — ensuring accountability endures across generations, not just fiscal quarters.
Ark Alliance operates independently from Evolution Global. It holds everyone — including its founding partner — to the same uncompromising standard.

Vision Beyond Sight
Our CEO, John Ryan, didn’t set out to build a technology company. He set out to fix a broken system. As a former public adjuster and insurance professional, he saw firsthand how the industry’s infrastructure failed the people it was supposed to protect — adjusters buried in paperwork, carriers drowning in inefficiency, and policyholders caught in the middle.
In 2005, we launched FileTrac — not as a startup, but as a solution. A claims management platform built by someone who actually understood the work. Over two decades, it became the backbone of claims operations for adjusting firms across the country, processing more than 25 million claims.
But John didn’t stop at efficiency. He saw two forces converging that would define the industry’s future — and he built Evolution Global to meet them head-on.
The Silver Tsunami — A generation of adjusters is retiring, taking decades of knowledge with them. Without a way to capture and transfer that expertise, the industry faces a crisis of competence.
The Integrity Deficit — Insurance has operated too long without a universal standard of ethical conduct. The result is a trust gap between carriers, adjusters, and the people they serve.
Evolution Global's answer to these forces was to design a family of platforms to preserve knowledge, enforce integrity, and create a new kind of professional experience for the people who protect what matters most.
